Once again I am stumped when it comes to deciding an
individual winner for the group member of the month and once
again I have decided to split the award in three.

Ian Perkins was over the moon with his 3k pb and
took the time later to forward
this brief report to me. I
admire Ian's enthusiasm and I know for a fact that PCRG is a
group he is proud to belong to.

All Fiona Galloway wanted for Christmas was to break
15min for 3k. Christmas came early for Fiona with her amazing
14.36 which is close to 90sec faster than her June 3k Time
Trial. Fiona took the time later to forward
this brief
report to me.

Mark Berlese ran 12.21 in his first PCRG 3K in June.
Not only is Mark a person who
offers encouragement to fellow PCRG members but he is also a
huge improver due to the fact he ran 10.26 in this months 3k.
